Made with left over string my sister brought from costa rica. Made it to wear to my cousin's wedding. Currently for sale at a store called Donde Clara in Mexico City.
Commisioned summer top for the cutest little girl <3.
Made a version of project #2 for myself. Started off just white and a couple months after I added some green details and made it a versatile "day n night" top.
Completed this project in New York City and left it there for my friends to use. It's got all types of yarn from all over the world and it has "HOME" embroidered on it, a very prevalent topic in my life the past 6 months.
A full circle moment where my dear friend Tasha had started the white flowery part of the skirt but she moved on to other projects. I loved the pattern and she let me turn it into a skirt :) If you know the Landsbergs, you know they give and share everything they have <3
I started making the painted raw canvas earrings in 2022 as a christmas gift for the woman in my family. Now I have raw canvas, crochet, polymer clay and Jacaranda earrings. The Jacaranda earrings (the first two pictures) are real seeds from a Jacaranda tree. My sister and I climbed a tree and cultivated these seeds in Denia, Spain. They are also for sale at Donde Clara in Mexico City.
My lovely friend Vero brought me a bag of clothes she was going to donate and in it was this chef's jacket and a hot pink silk shirt. I have a thing for cutting up and repurposing unwanted clothes... and this is one of the results :)
Upcycled Zara sweater. The most basic and boring sweater just needed some unplanned wavy cuts to give it some personality.
Probably the most random and time consuming project from this bunch. 102 poker cards, all hand~sewn. I made this dress for a circus themed birthday party thrown for the lovely little Lia.
